Orders and Shipping

What currency are prices shown in?

Our base store currency is U.S. dollars. Depending on your location, prices may be displayed in a supported local currency.

How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. During busy periods or for certain made to order items, processing may take up to 7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

How long does U.S. delivery take?

Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking is provided when available. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive tracking information by email. Carrier scans can take a little time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Street Rebirth ships to many international destinations. Delivery times vary by country, postal service, and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Returns and Order Changes

Can I return a shirt?

All shirt sales are final. Because shirts are made per order, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, including for sizing issues or preference changes. Please review your size carefully before ordering.

What items can be returned?

Eligible non shirt merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error on our part.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible at streetrebirth@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Including a photo when possible can help us resolve the problem faster. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as quickly as possible. If production or fulfillment has not started yet, we will do our best to help. Once an order has entered production or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us immediately after ordering if you notice an address mistake. We can only update the address if the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Where is Street Rebirth located?

Street Rebirth is an independent Los Angeles art and merchandise brand. We have been creating and connecting with customers through online orders, markets, conventions, pop ups, and community events for more than a decade.

Are your designs original?

Street Rebirth has grown to more than 2,000 designs built around nostalgia, humor, street culture, sports, music, horror, and everyday life. The goal is to create art that makes people feel something, remember something, laugh, or start a conversation.
