Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return window for eligible items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Non Returnable and Non Refundable Items

ALL SHIRT SALES ARE FINAL.

Because of the large variety of designs and size combinations we offer, shirts are made per order and cannot be resold once purchased. Shirts are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, including for sizing issues, preference changes, or buyer's remorse. Please review your size carefully before ordering.

The following items are also non returnable and non refundable:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Perishable goods
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Eligible Returns for Non Shirt Items

To be eligible for an approved return, the product must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Street Rebirth does not provide prepaid return labels or pay for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged item, defective item, or an error on our part.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at streetrebirth@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label unless otherwise stated by us in writing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
