Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return window for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

ALL SHIRT SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the large variety of designs and size combinations we offer, shirts are made per order and cannot be resold once purchased. For this reason, shirts are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including sizing issues, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse.

By purchasing a shirt from Street Rebirth, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

The following items are also non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized products

• Perishable goods

• Personal care items

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Eligible Returns (Non-Shirt Items Only)

To be eligible for a return on approved items, the product must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition and packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Street Rebirth does not provide prepaid return labels and does not pay for return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged item, defective item, or an error on our part.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at streetrebirth@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label unless otherwise stated by us in writing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
