A good pun gets a groan. A great pun gets a groan and then somebody pulls out their phone to send it to a friend.
That second reaction is the whole business. Puns and Wordplay is the most reliable category I make, because a pun does not require you to have watched anything, lived through any decade, or belong to any subculture. It only requires you to know two meanings of one word.
Easily the biggest lane, and it is not close. Food puns work because everybody eats, and because a snack with a face is disarming in a way a person never is.

The Avogato Sticker is the original... an avocado cat, and proof that the simplest version of a joke usually wins. The Toast Malone Sticker is the one people photograph most, because it takes a second and then it lands hard.
The breakfast run is deep: A Toast To You, Bae Goals, and Churr Ok By Me. All three work on a lunchbox, a coffee tumbler, or a bento box, and they read as a set.

Kind Of A Big Dill is the one that found a second audience by accident. It was drawn as a straight pickle pun and then pickleball took over every park in the country, so now it lives on paddles and gear bags too. There is a matching shirt in white or black.

When The Beet Drops is the music-crossover pun, and it ends up on gig bags, speaker cases and studio doors more than water bottles.

Looks Like Someone's Got A Stick Up Their Butt is the cookout piece. Grills, coolers and truck bumpers, and it comes as a youth and adult tee as well.
For the spicier end, Frank Siracha is a hot sauce joke that hot sauce people take personally, Eggs Are Sides For Bacon is a breakfast opinion stated as fact, and But First Kombucha covers the wellness crowd who did not know they wanted a sticker.
The corner of the catalog that quietly does the most work, because these are the ones people buy for somebody else. Valentine's, anniversaries, care packages, and the everyday move of leaving one stuck on a partner's laptop.

Don't Go Bacon My Heart is the flagship, and it works because the pun does two things at once... it is a bacon joke and it is a song everybody's mom plays. There is a matching shirt too.

I Lava You is the sweetest thing in the whole catalog and it moves hard every February. Also available as an I Lava You shirt.

You're Nutty And I Like It is a compliment disguised as a snack. Best friend energy as much as romantic, which is why it sells year round instead of just in February.

Hey Corgeous is the dog-owner piece, and dog-breed puns are their own economy. Somebody with a corgi does not want a generic dog design, they want their dog, and that specificity is the entire reason it works.
These are the ones people buy to say something without saying it.
Bitch Peas and Don't Be Salty are the two workhorses here. Both are mild enough for a work laptop and pointed enough to be funny, which is a narrow target to hit.
Free Hugs is a cactus offering something a cactus absolutely cannot deliver, and it is one of my favorite executions in the whole catalog because the joke is entirely visual.
Dat Ass is a donkey, and yes, that is the joke.
Somebody has to make these and I have never been precious about it.
The Toilet Paper and Poop Duo is a best-friends design that consistently outsells things I worked ten times harder on, which is a humbling lesson I have accepted. The Funny Pug Sticker covers the same territory with a dog attached, and dog people buy it for reasons that have nothing to do with the joke.
The sharper end, where the wordplay carries two senses at once.
Booby Trap is a rat and a mouse trap doing exactly what the phrase implies twice over. Kiss My Sneaker is a high-top gag whose phrasing traces back to a cult classic film, so it hits sneakerheads and movie people at the same time.
Nugs and Kisses is the 420 entry and it moves steadily, and Gopher It is a golf pun that doubles as a motivational piece, which is a combination I did not plan and will happily take.
Losing Crunchy Rings is the crossover pick... a gaming joke and a snack joke in the same frame.
After making a few hundred of these, the ones that sell all share three things.
The picture has to carry it alone. If you have to read the text to get it, it is a caption, not a design. Free Hugs works with the words covered up. So does Avogato.
One joke, not two. Stacking puns feels clever while you are drawing and reads as noise on a table. The best ones say one thing.
It has to survive being looked at twice. A pun that is only funny for a second is a scroll. A pun that is still a little funny on day four hundred is a purchase.
Three reasons, and they are all practical.
No barrier to entry. A 90s cartoon sticker needs you to have been a kid in 1994. A pun needs nothing. That is a much bigger pool of people.
They are gift-proof. When you do not know somebody's taste well, a pun is safe. It is the reason these dominate the Gifts Under $20 range... stocking stuffers, teacher gifts, coworker gifts, care packages. There is a whole gift guide here if that is what brought you.
They travel. A pun gets screenshotted and sent. It gets read out loud to somebody standing at the booth. That is free distribution built into the design, and it is why I keep making them.
Pun stickers are 4 inches on premium weatherproof vinyl. Waterproof, weatherproof, scratch resistant and UV resistant, which matters more here than anywhere else... these end up on tumblers, coffee cups, lunchboxes, coolers and water bottles that get washed constantly. Apply to a clean dry surface, press from the center outward, and wait 24 hours before the first soak. Full detail in the sticker care guide.
Pun shirts are DTG printed in white or black. Black shirts print over a white ink underbase, so wash inside out, cold, gentle and hang dry.
Stickers are $5, sets are $10, and the automatic 5 for $20 deal kicks in at five items. Five puns is the correct order. Free shipping over $45.
